How Trout Club Works:
Kilgore Trout Club is free to join.
After you join Trout Club, you will earn 1 point for every $1 in net purchases at Kilgore Trout, less returns and exclusions listed below. Rewards are issued as a value of 5% of your total Trout Club points, in $50 increments ($50 reward for each 1000 points earned). Your points accrue from the time you join the Trout Club. In early August & early February of each year, we will email a summary of your available Trout Club rewards to the email address we have on file. Points accrued on purchases between Feb 1 and July 31 will be available for redemption through July 31 of the following year, at which time unused points will expire. Points accrued on purchases between Aug 1 and Jan 31 will be available for redemption through January 31 of the following year, at which time unused points will expire. We will link each purchase to your Kilgore Trout customer profile and your points will automatically be credited. If you and your spouse or family members have separate Kilgore Trout customer profiles, points will accrue separately. Points on multiple customer profiles may not be combined. Please verify with your style advisor at time of purchase which Kilgore Trout customer profile is to be used.
EXCLUSIONS: Trout Club rewards will not be earned on and may not be used to pay for men’s footwear, alterations/tailoring, sales tax, shipping, or past purchases. Trout Club rewards are not redeemable for cash or gift card purchases. Trout Club rewards will be earned on, but may not be redeemed for certain special offers including our annual free dress shirt promotion or at trunk events. May not be used in conjunction with Birthday Certificates. Other exclusions may apply. Purchases made with Trout Club Rewards do not accrue additional rewards. Rewards are non-transferable.
THE FINE, FINE PRINT: We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions or the Trout Club program at any time and in any way (including, our right to discontinue benefits or expire points, to change the benefits, or to adjust the number of points earned for each dollar in net purchases). We will give you notice if we discontinue this program or any material aspect of this program. Kilgore Trout reserves the right to cancel your participation in Trout Club in the event of fraud, abuse of rewards privileges, or violation of these Terms and Conditions. When periodic emails are sent, your reward points balance shown is believed accurate as of the time of the report, but may have changed due to purchases or returns. Please see your style advisor to verify accurate point balance.
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and interpreted under the laws of the state of Ohio, without regard to any Ohio conflicts of law provisions. In order to access certain benefits associated with Trout Club, you understand and agree that you may be asked to provide personal information about yourself, such as your name, street address, email address, and birth month.
